By-laws

(1)
A Board may make by-laws not inconsistent with this Act or the regulations
(
a
)
regarding its internal organization,
(
b
)
governing the establishment, operation or dissolution of committees of the Commission, and
(
c
)
for the general conduct and management of the affairs of the Commission.

(2)
The
Regulations Act
does not apply to by-laws made under subsection (1).
